Fatal Compton parking lot shooting death of Trayvone Danner – Obituary

Trayvone Danner, a 30-year-old man, was shot and killed in a Compton parking lot on Monday evening. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed his identity on Thursday following the fatal incident.

Deputies responded to the 2200 block of West Rosecrans and Central avenues at approximately 8:35 p.m., where they discovered Danner suffering from gunshot wounds. Paramedics from the Compton Fire Department arrived shortly after and pronounced him dead at the scene.

Authorities are treating the case as a homicide and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau has urged anyone with details to come forward and assist in the investigation.
