Fatal Donna shooting death of Monica De Leon – Obituary
Monica De Leon, a 43-year-old woman from Pharr, was found dead Saturday morning near a business in Donna.
Police officers arrived at the 1000 block of W. Business 83 around 9 a.m. after an employee discovered her body in an open parking area adjacent to the establishment.
