Bryan Hurt, 66, of Cleveland, died in a murder-suicide incident that took place Wednesday afternoon on the city’s west side.

The Cleveland Division of Police reported that officers from the First District responded to the 15700 block of Munn Road at about 1:30 p.m. after receiving a call about a shooting. Upon arrival, they found 68-year-old Thomas Overall lying in the street with a gunshot wound and confirmed he was deceased.

Following the discovery, police searched the nearby area and located a vehicle connected to the shooting. Inside, they found Bryan Hurt, who had sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
