Fatal Forsyth home incident death of Dr. William Frame – Obituary
Dr. William A. Frame, 65, and his wife Lori Frame, 63, were discovered deceased Monday morning inside their Forsyth, Illinois residence following a welfare check conducted by deputies.
Law enforcement arrived at the couple’s home after concerns arose about their well-being. Upon entry, they found both William and Lori unresponsive. Authorities have confirmed their identities but have not released details on the cause of death at this time.
Investigators currently do not believe there is any ongoing threat to the community. The Illinois State Police are working alongside local deputies as part of the investigation.
