Fatal Tuscarawas County motorcycle crash death of Keith Morris – Obituary

Keith Morris, 47, lost his life in a deadly motorcycle accident in Tuscarawas County, Ohio, Sunday night. The incident also claimed the life of his passenger, 44-year-old Jill Morris, as the two were riding a 2003 Harley Davidson along US Route 250 near mile post 13 in Goshen Township.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the motorcycle was towing a camper trailer when the trailer began to sway, causing the driver to lose control. The bike overturned and slid off the right side of the roadway. Jill Morris was declared dead at the scene by the Tuscarawas County Coroner’s Office. Keith Morris was initially taken to the hospital with critical injuries but later died from those injuries the following morning.

Authorities noted that neither the rider nor the passenger was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The investigation into the cause of the accident is still ongoing.
