Fatal Howell shooting death of Rolando Acte Mejia – Obituary
Rolando Acte Mejia, 36, of Howell, was identified as the man found fatally shot inside a vehicle on White Street, authorities confirmed Friday evening.
Howell Police responded to the scene early Thursday morning around 6:41 a.m., where officers discovered Mejia deceased inside his car. The shooting prompted a large SWAT response in the area.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Bureau is leading the investigation in collaboration with the Howell Police Department.
