Fatal Millvale apartment shooting death of Treasure Thomas – Obituary

Treasure Thomas, 22, was fatally shot early Monday morning during a violent incident at an apartment in Cincinnati’s Millvale neighborhood.

The shooting occurred around 3 a.m. in the 2000 block of Westwood Northern Boulevard, near Sutter Avenue. Police arrived to find both Thomas and a man suffering from gunshot wounds. Thomas was pronounced dead at the scene, while the man was transported to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

Later that day, authorities arrested 24-year-old Malik Blanchard in connection with the shooting. He has since been charged with murder by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit.
