Henry Govan, 62, from North Carolina, lost his life in a tragic accident on US-69 in Atoka County, Oklahoma. The crash occurred on the afternoon of June 10, near Wardville, when Govan suffered a sudden medical emergency while driving his 2020 Kenworth W990 truck.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the medical event caused Govan to lose control of the vehicle, which then crossed the highway median and northbound lanes, breached a fence on the east side of the road, and finally stopped in a nearby field.
