Fatal Mecosta County crash death of Larry Good – Obituary

Larry Good, 77, from Reed City, passed away on Monday at a Grand Rapids hospital due to injuries he sustained in a collision on Saturday, June 7. The accident occurred as Good was pulling out of a Meijer parking lot on Perry Avenue, near Culver’s restaurant.

 

According to Mecosta County sheriff’s deputies, Good attempted to make a left turn to head east on Perry Avenue when his vehicle collided with another car traveling westbound. Good was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from his vehicle during the crash.

 

The other driver, a 19-year-old man from Big Rapids, was treated at the scene and released. The sheriff’s office is still investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
