Fatal Stark County motorcycle crash death of Larry Durben – Obituary

Larry Durben, an 82-year-old resident of Brewster, tragically lost his life Wednesday evening in a motorcycle accident in Tuscarawas Township, Stark County, Ohio.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Durben was riding southbound on State Route 241 around 6 p.m.

When his motorcycle veered off the right side of the road, it struck a ditch near the intersection with State Route 93. The impact caused the bike to flip over onto Durben.

Emergency responders from Brewster EMS quickly transported him to Aultman Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities noted that Durben was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
