Fatal Seminole County shooting death of Nicco Wong – Obituary

Nicco Wong, a 19-year-old from Altamonte Springs, was fatally shot on Monday night, June 9, in a Seminole County neighborhood.

Deputies responded to reports of gunfire along Forest Lake Drive in Altamonte Springs. When they arrived, they located Wong suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Investigators do not believe the shooting was random and are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information about the case to come forward as the investigation remains ongoing.
