Michael Rowell lost his life in a motorcycle accident that occurred last Friday afternoon in north Tulsa. Authorities say the crash happened around 3 p.m. near 46th Street North, just east of U.S. Highway 169.

According to the Tulsa Police Department, Rowell was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a pickup truck that was towing a trailer. Emergency personnel arrived at the scene, but Rowell was pronounced dead. The driver of the truck was not hurt in the crash.
