Rogers, Minnesota Man Charles Kincaid Arrested in Rogers for North Carolina Mass Shooting

ROGERS, MINNESOTA — Charles Kincaid, a 27-year-old resident of Rogers, was arrested in connection with a mass shooting that occurred earlier this month in North Carolina.

 

According to the North Star Fugitive Task Force, Kincaid was taken into custody in Rogers and is charged with first-degree murder in a June 1 shooting at a party that left one person dead and eleven others injured. Authorities say he will be extradited to North Carolina to face charges.

 

The North Star Fugitive Task Force includes the U.S. Marshals Service, ICE, the Minnesota Department of Corrections, and several Twin Cities law enforcement agencies. Kincaid is currently being held pending transfer to North Carolina.
