Roseville, California Woman Julie Grindrod Arrested in Roseville for Evading Police and Resisting Arrest

ROSEVILLE, CALIFORNIA — Julie Grindrod, a 55-year-old resident of Roseville, was arrested in connection with a traffic stop that escalated into a brief vehicle pursuit and foot chase on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Roseville Police Department, officers attempted to stop Grindrod for a traffic violation, but she fled the scene, prompting a pursuit that ended near Sierra Drive when she abandoned the vehicle and ran. Authorities established a perimeter around 4 p.m. and located Grindrod shortly after 4:22 p.m.

Grindrod was taken into custody and transported to the Placer County Jail, where she is facing charges of felony evading and resisting arrest. No injuries were reported during the incident.
