Fatal Moss Landing Harbor boat crash death of Trenten Paul Black – Obituary
Trenten Paul Black, 26, from Aptos, was found dead following a boat collision at Moss Landing Harbor that escalated into a physical altercation on Wednesday morning.
The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies and California State Parks officers responded around 9 a.m. after receiving reports of a boat crash. Witnesses told authorities that one of the boat operators boarded the other vessel, leading to a fight. Black was discovered deceased at the scene.
Investigators continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident as the case remains under review by local law enforcement.
