Fatal North Washington Street crash death of Ernessa Jackson – Obituary

Ernessa Jackson, 44, was confirmed as the victim in a fatal crash that occurred early Saturday morning on North Washington Street.

Around 12:50 a.m., Jackson’s vehicle veered off the road and ended up in a ditch. Emergency responders, including Rescue and FireMedic 40 as well as Engine 6, arrived on scene and worked to free her from the wreckage. During the rescue efforts, North Washington Street was temporarily closed to traffic.

Authorities have notified Jackson’s family about the tragic incident.
