Mason Edwards, a man previously charged with attempted murder in a 2021 shooting, was killed in a gunfire incident this week in Coralville.

Court records show that Edwards had been accused of trying to shoot another man at the Western Hills Mobile Estates four years ago. In a tragic turn, Edwards lost his life in a separate shooting that took place Wednesday night at the same mobile home park.
