Yevgeniya Blinder, a nursing assistant in her 60s, was confirmed as the second civilian killed in a missile attack by Iran on the central Israeli city of Rishon Lezion. The assault took place during the night and was part of a broader offensive dubbed Operation Rising Lion.

Blinder died alongside 73-year-old Israel Aloni when an Iranian ballistic missile struck a residential area without warning. The impact destroyed vehicles and damaged nearby homes, injuring at least 20 individuals. First responders described rescuing an infant from the wreckage as miraculous.

That same night, a separate missile hit Ramat Gan, resulting in the death of 74-year-old Etti Cohen Angel and injuries to over 60 people. Emergency services reported that the nationwide attack left three dead and more than 200 people treated for injuries or trauma.

Investigations and recovery efforts continue as authorities assess the full extent of the damage caused by the missile strikes.
