Fatal Carroll County car crash death of Dayari Anahi Cifuentes

Dayari Anahi Cifuentes, 26, was one of two women killed in a head-on collision in Carroll County, Arkansas, on the morning of June 11, 2025, according to the Arkansas State Police.

The deadly crash occurred around 9:05 a.m. on County Road 814 in Green Forest. Investigators say a 2020 Honda was heading east and entered a curve when it crossed into the opposite lane, crashing into a westbound 2015 Ford.

Both Cifuentes and 18-year-old Floridalma Ochoa, who were in the Honda, died from injuries sustained in the crash. A third person in the Honda suffered injuries and was taken for treatment.

The Ford’s driver was also hurt, according to the police report, though details of their condition were not released.

Authorities confirmed that the weather was clear and the road was dry when the incident occurred. The crash remains under investigation by state police.
