Floridalma Ochoa dies in fatal Carroll County, Arkansas car crash

Fatal Carroll County, Arkansas car crash death of Floridalma Ochoa

Two individuals from Green Forest lost their lives and two others sustained injuries in a head-on collision that occurred in Carroll County, Arkansas, on the morning of June 11.

Arkansas State Police reported that an eastbound 2020 Honda, driven by 18-year-old Floridalma Ochoa, veered into the westbound lane while attempting a turn on County Road 814. The vehicle collided headfirst with a 2015 Ford around 9:05 a.m.

Both Ochoa and her passenger, 26-year-old Dayari Anahi Cifuentes, were pronounced dead at the crash site as a result of the impact.

A juvenile riding in the Honda and the Ford’s driver suffered injuries and were transported to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Authorities confirmed that the families of the deceased have been notified.
