Jerry Eugene Radford dies in fatal Spartanburg County car crash

Fatal Spartanburg County car crash death of Jerry Eugene Radford

A fatal collision in Spartanburg County on Monday night claimed the life of 69-year-old Jerry Eugene Radford, a resident of Inman.

The incident occurred along Rainbow Lake Road near Lowe Lane. According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Radford was driving westbound when his vehicle veered off the left side of the road.

After leaving the roadway, the car struck a utility pole and then collided with a tree. Radford was pronounced dead at the scene by the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office.
