Nineteen-year-old Kayli Turney was killed in a deadly head-on collision in Hot Springs, Arkansas, on June 11, according to a report from Arkansas State Police.

The crash occurred when Paula Deist, 77, was driving a 2018 Toyota south on State Highway 7 and veered into the oncoming northbound lane, colliding head-first with a 2008 Hyundai carrying three individuals.

The impact of the crash claimed the lives of Deist and Turney, who was a passenger in the Hyundai. The other two people in the Hyundai suffered injuries and were transported for medical treatment.

Authorities stated that weather and road conditions at the time of the crash were both clear and dry.
