Fatal Wilkinsburg shooting death of Deglin St Clair

Authorities in Allegheny County are investigating a deadly shooting that claimed the life of 18-year-old Deglin St Clair in Wilkinsburg on Wednesday evening.

According to county police, they were alerted to gunfire in the 1700 block of Wesley Street shortly before 5:30 p.m. Upon arriving at the location, emergency responders discovered a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds.

Deglin St Clair was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment but was later pronounced dead.
