Chicago Fire Department officials confirmed the tragic demise of a man who succumbed to injuries sustained in a garage fire on the Far South Side. The incident occurred on the morning of Saturday in the 10900 block of South Buffalo Avenue, within the East Side neighborhood.
Initial reports indicated the deceased was in a critical condition when he was discovered at the fire scene.
