Fatal Mount Orab, Ohio shooting/car crash death of Gary Teetor

Mount Orab, Ohio – A man identified as Gary Teetor, age 39, has died following injuries sustained in an early Sunday morning shooting in Mount Orab. Law enforcement confirmed the incident occurred shortly after 3:30 a.m. at a residence located on Brookshire Way in the 100 block.

Emergency dispatchers received a 911 call alerting them to the shooting. Upon arrival, officers found one individual outside the dwelling. Inside the residence, responders pronounced Teetor deceased due to multiple gunshot wounds.

The man discovered outside the building was identified as Ryan Reinecke, aged 20. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Brown County Adult Detention Center. Preliminary charges filed include voluntary manslaughter, a first-degree felony. According to available records, Reinecke is currently being held without bail.

Mount Orab Police have indicated their ongoing investigation is currently active.
