The victim, Teo Vernice, aged 21 and residing in Hyde Park, sustained gunshot wounds after being shot in the vicinity of 163 Ruthven Street, according to authorities.

Emergency dispatchers received a report around 10 p.m., prompting rapid police response to the scene. Paramedics transported the injured individual to a nearby medical facility; however, hospital staff later confirmed the young man’s inability to survive his critical injuries.
