Fatal Nashville drowning death of Tobias Henock
A five-year-old child identified as Tobias Henock has passed away following a drowning incident at Percy Priest Lake. The accident happened on Tuesday afternoon at Hamilton Creek Park. According to reports, the child was briefly missing before being located submerged in the water by his parent. The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department is involved in the investigation.
Emergency responders and relatives performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the boy. He was then taken by ambulance to a children’s hospital facility. Regrettably, medical staff could not save his life. Youth Services investigators are examining this troubling event.
