Fatal Trigg County car crash death of Frankie Galvez-Morales
Kentucky State Police are looking into a fatal accident that took place during the weekend in Trigg County. Emergency teams arrived at the scene around noon on Saturday, June 28, responding to a one-car incident on US Highway 68 within the Land Between the Lakes region. They discovered a flipped pickup truck that had apparently gone off the left side of the westbound lanes. The driver, identified as the 36-year-old Frankie Galvez-Morales from Florence, Kentucky, was pronounced deceased at the location. Several local organizations provided support during the response. The Kentucky State Police investigation continues.
