Houston law enforcement announced that 23-year-old Marko Cinan has been formally charged with homicide following the death of 30-year-old Anthony Sanders.
The fatal shooting event took place on June 3rd in the Orange parking garage situated on Westheimer Road.
Houston Police Division personnel arrived at the incident location around 5 p.m. and discovered an individual sustaining numerous injuries resulting from gunfire. This injured person, later confirmed as Anthony Sanders, was transported to a medical facility but was declared deceased later that evening.

This particular vehicle was located in the vicinity, and during the search operation, three individuals were temporarily held before being released following their interrogation.
