Timothy Wayne Lepper, identified by the county’s official medical examiner, passed away as a result of a serious accident occurring near Hoagland on June 19.

Lepper, who was 35 years old, sustained severe injuries when his personal truck overturned in a single-car incident. The authorities have confirmed this was a tragic accident.

According to the local sheriff’s office, emergency personnel arrived at the scene where Hoagland and Grotrian roads meet. They discovered a pickup truck that had flipped several times; it was not on the road. Lepper was ejected from the vehicle during the accident.

This event marks the 24th fatality linked to traffic incidents in Allen County this year.
