Fatal Trenton drive-by shooting death of Karan Hunter
A drive-by shooting in Trenton, New Jersey, led to the death of one individual and left three others injured.
The fatal incident occurred on the 100 block of Passaic Street around 9 p.m. on Thursday. Police indicate that the group targeted included a 16-year-old female and three males.
All four individuals were taken to the hospital following the event. According to investigators, one of the males, identified as 24-year-old Karan Hunter, was pronounced deceased shortly after.
No official information is available on the current status of the remaining three injured persons.
Law enforcement reports suggest the group was located outdoors when an unknown vehicle arrived, discharged multiple rounds of fire, and then departed the scene swiftly.
As of now, no suspects or arrests have been identified by the Trenton police department.
