Dane County’s official medical examiner office has confirmed the identity of a man from Madison who was involved in a serious traffic accident on the Beltline corridor close to Todd Drive last Friday.

The young man, Yoswer de Jesus Enrique Villalobos Soto, who was 21 years old, was reported deceased at a regional healthcare facility on Friday.

Further examination procedures were carried out on Saturday, with initial findings showing that he did not survive due to the trauma received in the incident.

Ongoing tests are still being conducted to gather more comprehensive details about the circumstances leading to the fatality.

This unfortunate event is currently being looked into by the Madison Police authorities in collaboration with the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office.
