Fatal Kingstree shooting death of Tevon Goodman
The Williamsburg County Coroner has officially identified the individual who lost their life in Monday’s shooting incident in Kingstree. According to the official investigation, Tevon Goodman, who was 30 years old, was the person targeted in the event that transpired close to the Gardner Court Apartments area.
Coroners officials, including Ivori Henryhand, confirmed that Goodman was the sole individual injured and fatality in the incident. Despite the circumstances surrounding the event, local law enforcement has chosen not to disclose specific details regarding the incident itself. Furthermore, there has been no official update indicating whether any suspects are currently being held in custody.
The process to determine the official cause of death is still pending. As such, an autopsy examination is scheduled to take place on July 14 at the MUSC facility in Charleston.
