Emergency responders arrived at the property located along Crain Highway North early in the morning, where flames were consuming the structure.
According to reports from family members, they informed the arriving crews that someone was still present inside, prompting the firefighters to enter the burning building. Inside, they discovered Julian Teletor Primero, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two close relatives, including a female and a minor, were evacuated and transported to medical facilities due to smoke inhalation issues. During the rescue effort, three fire department personnel sustained slight injuries, though the specifics of their harm were not detailed.
The firefighting team managed to put out the fire within approximately fifteen minutes after its initial report.
Although the precise starting point and reason for the conflagration are still being examined, authorities maintain that it was not intentional. The dwelling was equipped with smoke alarms that had activated to warn the occupants about the fire.
