BRADLEY MCMICHAEL DIES IN FATAL JONES ANIMAL ATTACK
Fatal JONES animal attack death of BRADLEY MCMICHAEL
Emergency responders were dispatched to a rural farm near N. HENNEY ROAD on the evening of July 11th following reports of a dangerous animal encounter. The initial contact with the injured individual was hampered by the highly aggressive state of the water buffalo present at the property. In order to guarantee the safety of the medical and fire crews operating at the scene, authorities were forced to euthanize one of the large animals immediately. The preliminary investigation revealed that BRADLEY MCMICHAEL, the unfortunate property owner, had tragically been killed by the remaining water buffalo. Law enforcement confirmed that MR. MCMICHAEL suffered multiple serious lacerations directly resulting from the animal’s actions. It appears he had acquired the two water buffalo just the day before from a livestock market and was tending to them within their enclosure when the situation spiraled out of control. As the investigation continued, the presence of the second water buffalo became increasingly problematic, leading authorities to make the difficult decision to euthanize it as well for everyone’s safety. The body of BRADLEY MCMICHAEL was subsequently handed over to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for a thorough post-mortem examination. The preliminary findings from the scene investigation strongly suggest that both water buffalo were directly responsible for the fatal injuries sustained by MR. MCMICHAEL.
