Alberta law enforcement has formally accused 42-year-old Anthony Knott, an Edmonton resident, with a second-degree murder charge stemming from a dynamic shooting event. Knott was apprehended and made an appearance before a justice of the peace, resulting in his remand into custody pending further legal proceedings.
