A neighbor discovered Turner unresponsive inside her residence on Rickert Road, which is located in the 2500 block, on Thursday.
Law enforcement personnel responded to the house shortly after 7:20 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers and emergency medical technicians attempted to save the woman’s life, but unfortunately, they were unsuccessful. Turner was pronounced dead at the scene, and police found evidence that suggested foul play.
