Houston police authorities are seeking public assistance in identifying three individuals considered persons of interest. These individuals are subjects of a request for questioning regarding the fatal shooting incident that transpired at the address 6607 West Fuqua Street. The unfortunate event occurred around 9:30 p.m. on the date of May 18.
The three individuals, whose identities are currently unknown and are believed to be young adults between the ages of seventeen and twenty, are the subjects of attached visual documentation. It is reported that the victim, Michael Simmons, who was forty-two years old, was involved in a shooting.
According to information gathered by the police department’s Homicide Division, officers received notification of a shooting at a business parking lot located at the specified address. Upon their arrival, it was confirmed that the victim had sustained at least one gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a hospital, but he was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
Subsequent investigation revealed that the victim might have had a verbal disagreement with a group prior to the shooting incident. Following the shooting, surveillance or witness accounts indicated suspects fleeing on foot in a westward direction from the location.
