Houston authorities reported that a man was killed in a tragic incident at a commercial property on South Gessner Road. The deceased, identified as Emiliano Quirino, was found unresponsive by law enforcement early in the morning of July 12. Medical professionals at the scene confirmed his death due to several injuries from firearms.
According to official statements from the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division, officers were dispatched to a parking area connected to a business located at 3820 South Gessner Road. They encountered a situation where a person was motionless, and further examination revealed that this individual was Emiliano Quirino. He had sustained multiple wounds from a weapon, and paramedics on the scene pronounced him deceased immediately.
Inquiries conducted by investigators showed that Mr. Quirino was present in the parking lot close to a vehicle that could not be identified. There was an argument or disagreement between him and another party, which escalated and resulted in the fatal shooting. The suspect involved in this altercation then departed the area using a car that was not recognized.
Additional probes linked Isaac Biais, a 21-year-old, to this event. He was captured by police on Thursday, July 17, and faced formal accusations, including a charge of homicide, in the 184th District Court. Biais was taken into custody and began the process of being logged into the Harris County Jail.
