**Fatal Hesperia car crash death of Lisa Renee Deeds**
Law enforcement officials have officially identified the individual who was killed in a two-car collision that took place on Summit Valley Road earlier in the week. The deceased is Lisa Deeds, a 30-year-old local resident of Hesperia.
According to reports from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Deeds sustained fatal injuries when her four-door sedan collided directly with a sport utility vehicle near the intersection with Las Flores Street. The incident happened on the evening of July 16, 2025, at around 8:29 p.m. Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the scene and discovered Deeds unconscious inside her Acura TSX. The driver of the other vehicle, a man operating a Cadillac Escalade, was found to be uninjured and was transported to a nearby hospital.
The ongoing preliminary examination suggests that Deeds was driving southbound on Summit Valley Road when she crossed into the northbound lane, leading to the head-on collision. The reason for her crossing the lane is still unknown. It has also been confirmed that drug or alcohol influence is not considered a factor in the accident.
In response to the tragic event, a fundraising initiative was started by Hanna Teal to help cover the expenses related to Lisa Deeds’ funeral and to provide support for her children. The online fundraiser is titled “Support Lisa’s Family in Their Time of Need.”
The text from the fundraiser reads: “We are devastated to announce the sudden loss of Lisa Renee Deeds on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025. Lisa was a cherished mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Everyone who had the chance to meet her knows how Lisa could brighten any space she entered and how her vibrant personality and energy touched many lives.” The purpose of the fund is to alleviate some of the financial stress the family is facing during this difficult time. The page concludes by asking for support and expressing gratitude for the compassion shown.
