Fatal Manhattan car crash death of Mary Kwok
Disturbing video evidence captures the horrific instant a stolen automobile plows into two individuals in the Chinatown area on Saturday morning. The visual clip, exclusively secured by The Post, depicts a blue Chevrolet Malibu veering across a median at Bowery and Canal streets in Manhattan at approximately 7:30 a.m. and colliding with a 30-something male cyclist and a 63-year-old female seated on a bench.
Surveillance recording of an urban roadway.
The female in question, Mary Kwok, seems to vanish entirely from view upon impact, while the individual operating a bicycle also appears severely affected by the collision.

The stolen vehicle, identified as a rental, then strikes an unoccupied NYPD van, as shown in the chilling recording. The individuals suspected of operating the car, Autumn Donna Ascencio Romero, 23, and her alleged companion, 22-year-old Kennedy LaCraft, attempted to flee the scene but were subsequently apprehended by police in a nearby area.
