Fatal [Location] Shooting Death of 47-Year-Old Kyle Graham
Deputies were involved in a pursuit involving a Kia Optima. Control of the vehicle was lost, causing it to depart the roadway and tumble down a bank. Upon reaching the vehicle, an officer faced off with its operator, whom authorities noted was carrying a weapon. A firefight ensued. The driver, later confirmed to be Kyle Graham, a man in his middle age, sustained gunshot wounds. Medical personnel attempted resuscitation, but Graham did not survive. No law enforcement officers sustained injuries during this incident.
