A grand jury has indicted Jeremyah Campbell, 22, on murder charges stemming from the deaths of his grandparents, George White, 83, and Mary White, 81.
According to reports, Campbell allegedly opened fire at his grandparents’ residence this week, resulting in their deaths and leaving a 25-year-old female occupant of a nearby home wounded during the incident. George White reportedly managed to flee to a neighboring house for assistance before succumbing to his injuries.
Following his initial court appearance on Friday, where he addressed a judge in Brevard County, Campbell exhibited visible emotional distress, struggling to maintain his composure. The judge denied the request for bond on the murder charges but did set collateral bond amounts at $100,000 and $50,000 for related offenses.
