Joan Andrews, an 81-year-old Toronto resident, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing death and operating a vehicle dangerously. Her next court appearance is scheduled for this afternoon.
The victim was leaving her friend’s home in the vicinity when the incident happened. Moran shared that both he and Nagy worked for the Toronto District School Board, having retired after three decades of service.
