Adam Santiago, aged 21 and identified as a local resident of Stockton, passed away as a result of the incident that occurred on Sunday morning along Santa Paula Way. The tragedy unfolded at approximately 9 a.m. and was connected to a shooting event located nearby the Kennedy Elementary School.
According to reports received by the Stockton Police Department, emergency services were dispatched after receiving notification about an individual found unconscious in the area. Upon their arrival, they discovered Adam Santiago and immediately initiated medical assistance. Despite these efforts, he was pronounced deceased at the hospital to which he was transported.
The San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that the cause of death was attributed to a gunshot wound sustained during the incident. Remembrance tributes highlighted Santiago’s role within his family structure, emphasizing his importance as a supportive member to his relatives.
