Ella Finley, an 18-year-old from Westbourne, Emsworth, has been formally identified following the fatal accident near Binderton. Police have confirmed the identity of the woman killed after a single vehicle collision occurred near West Dean.
The incident happened on the A286 Chilgrove Road. Ella was driving her white Vauxhall Corsa southbound when it struck a garden wall around 11.15 pm on Sunday, August 3rd. Emergency services attended the scene and found the driver, Ella, deceased. Specialist officers have been assisting the next of kin during this difficult time.
