The Ada County Coroner reported Mays was a passenger in the vehicle that was involved in the collision. The probe remains active, with the Meridian Police Department serving as the lead agency. Further investigation is required to determine the complete circumstances.
A fatality has been reported at a primary intersection in Meridian following a collision on the afternoon of March 1st. Police indicate a 39-year-old woman, identified as Emily Minow, has been formally accused in relation to this death. Minow faces charges including one count of vehicular manslaughter and four counts of felony DUI with enhanced penalties.
The victim’s identity was previously unknown, but law enforcement confirmed she was a resident of Boise. According to the police report, Minow disregarded a traffic signal during the incident, which resulted in a multi-vehicle accident. The intersection was closed for an extended period as officials examined the situation.
