Law enforcement authorities are currently examining the situation following the death of a man shot Sunday morning. The fatal shooting occurred in the area along Byron Street, specifically between the 3200 and 3300 blocks.
Investigators from the local homicide unit identified the deceased as Frank Johnson, who was 41 years old. According to the detectives, Johnson received gunshot wounds and was taken to a medical facility, but he unfortunately passed away due to those injuries.
At this point, police have not identified the person or people responsible for the shooting, nor do they have any information about potential motives. The probe is in its initial stages.
