The Cache County Sheriff’s Office officially identified the two victims killed in Tuesday’s fatal accident on Stink Creek Road, which is located near the Logan City Landfill. Jace Tanner Dunn, aged 29, and Rose Reed, aged 24, were named by authorities.

Investigators responding to the scene discovered the crash had occurred approximately at 6 a.m. on August 5th. They found the involved vehicle wreckage, the deceased pair, and several visible containers of alcohol. Both individuals were thrown from the car during the collision and were confirmed dead at the location.

According to a statement released by the Sheriff’s Office, several factors contributed to the deadly incident. These included speeding, failure to secure seatbelts, and the presence of alcohol consumption. The investigation suggests these combined elements led to the tragic outcome.
