A 24-year-old man from Decatur, Texas, identified as Tobi Moss, Jr., has died following a serious automobile collision. The incident happened Tuesday morning on I-35 Northbound near the 298 exit in Temple.
Moss was reported to be riding a two-wheeled motor vehicle at the time of the accident. The driver of a passenger automobile traveling behind him was involved when Moss’s vehicle collided with the rear of the other car.
The accident transpired around 7:00 a.m. Local time. Law enforcement representatives were required to respond to the scene to handle the investigation. This led to significant vehicular traffic delays extending over a considerable distance.
Regrettably, Moss did not survive the collision. He was pronounced deceased at the immediate scene by emergency response personnel. No other individuals connected with the motor vehicles involved in the incident were reported to have suffered injuries.
